            We need your help to make this the best Hunt yet! 

            Pre-Hunt Planning

            We need 5 more volunteers to help us plan the hunt. Here are is a list of things we need help with starting as soon as possible:
            • Gaining New Sponsors
            • Pickup Sponsorship Items
            • Spreading the Word (putting up flyers, informing civic groups, social media posts)
            • Clue Research and Development (an oath of secrecy is required, blabber mouths need not apply)
            • Brainstorming new zany things for hunters to do during the hunt :) 
            • PR (write press releases, contact media for interviews, and post to social media)
            In return for your hard work you will be able to participate in the hunt for FREE!  But to be fair you will not be eligible for the grand prizes.  

            Day of Hunt 

            If you aren't up for the pre-hunt stuff, you could help us the day of the hunt. It is a lot of fun to be a spectator the day of the race. Here is what we need help with the day of or a few days before the hunt. 20 volunteers needed
            • Stuffing of the Goodie Bags (normally the Thursday before the hunt)
            • Registration of All Hunter 
            • Clue Destination Wrangler
            •  Videographer
            • Photographer
            • Runner (give clue wranglers a break, take them water/snacks, help if a clue gets backed up)
            • Finish Line Sign in
            • Award Ceremony Setup and Clean up 
            All volunteers are invited to the Award Ceremony where there will be free food and beer PLUS you will get a goodie bag stuffed with lots of ...well goodies....from local businesses.
